Find your setup details
- Open the eSIMbundle app and sign in with the account used for your purchase. Go to Account → My eSIM → Set up your eSIM.
- For the device you are using, try This phone → Install eSIM on this phone.
- For QR installation, choose QR code. Copy, save or share the image only to a trusted device you control.
- Expand manual setup to find the SM-DP+ address and activation code if the phone’s QR flow cannot be used.
Installing on the same phone
Use the direct-install button first. If unavailable, display the QR code on another trusted screen or copy the manual details. If your phone offers a photo-library option in its eSIM scanner, you can use the saved QR image.
If your eSIM or code is missing
Confirm you are signed in with the email/account used for purchase. Check whether payment completed and whether the order is still being prepared. A paid order and a ready-to-install profile are different stages.
Refresh the app over a working connection and check Orders as well as Bundles. Confirm the purchase account and whether payment and preparation have completed before buying again.
Using your QR code again
Your eSIMbundle QR code can be scanned again to reinstall the profile. If the profile already appears in SIM settings, you can simply enable it and select it for data. If it is missing, scan the QR code again or use the manual details.
Keep the code private
Treat QR codes, activation codes and setup links as private installation credentials. Do not post them in public reviews or screenshots. Use the QR image on a device you control when installing or reinstalling your eSIM.
Common questions
Does opening the QR code activate the plan?
Installing the profile does not start a bundle. A bundle starts automatically on its first supported data/network use in its coverage area; its validity then runs according to the plan. Check the bundle details for its allowance, coverage and expiry.
Can I use the same QR code to reinstall?
Yes. Connect to Wi-Fi and scan the QR code again through your phone’s Add eSIM settings. You can retrieve it from My eSIM in the app.
